In May 2006 LPC Living and Salford City Council signed the Development Framework for Ordsall.

This agreement means that over £150 million will be invested in Ordsall during the course of the next three to five years resulting in major new benefits to local residents including:

Brand new shopping facilities
A state-of-the-art primary school and children’s centre
Brand new family housing
New health and community facilities
Improvements to open spaces in Ordsall

This masterplan is the result of years of planning and consultation with existing residents, community groups and award-winning architects, BPTW.
